The Gate House. Read our 5 star reviews!

Located in one of Tauranga’s finest areas, our spacious new granny flat (80sqm) is perfectly appointed to make your stay a comfortable one. Set in the grounds of our own home, The Gate House is completely self contained, with 2 bedrooms a full kitchen, lounge and dining area.

The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The bedding is luxury Wallace Cotton and the towels are super fluffy Calvin Klein. There is a second bedroom with a single bed and a trundler bed under. The shower is in the en-suite. There is also a second separate toilet.

In the laundry area there is a washing machine.

It’s a new build so immaculate. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from an Nespresso machine to cake tins! We also have Sky, Neon, and Prime, Netflix etc.

We welcome guests’ dogs. (We don’t just welcome them, we absolutely LOVE them) We do have 3 super friendly dogs who may say hello but won’t bother you.The property borders a fabulous dog walk with a stream. Absolutely happy to help with anything that you may need and welcome your dogs popping over to our home. We are fully fenced.

Phillips Drive is one of Tauranga’s finest streets. It is tree lined with large properties and gardens. Our property borders a reserve, which where the dog walk is. Super safe  parking is on the property via an electric gate. We will provide you with a remote control. The property is next door to our own home.

We take great pride in presenting The Gate House in immaculate  condition.  It’s important to us that you enjoy your stay. 

In the kitchen you will find coffee pods, Mocconna coffee, Twinings tea, Milo, fresh milk, bread, butter, preserves and of course biscuits. All provided with our compliments.
